  • During high-demand periods (sales, festivals), processing may take slightly longer.


Shipping Locations

  • Currently, we ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment.


Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro cities: 5–7 business days

  • Non-metro / remote areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to courier partner delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email.

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking details.

Address Accuracy

  • Pranika will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.


Undelivered / Returned Orders

  • If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.

  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
